Desh Deepak Singh
Desh Deepak Singh is the founder of WE Legal and completed his graduation and post-graduation in Mass Communication from the University Of Lucknow. Due to his immense interest in the field of Law and Justice he went on to pursue his Llb from the Faculty of Law,University of Lucknow. Mr Singh has started practicing in 2014 under the guidance of a well-known Lawyer Mr. Pratap Singh Mehra. Mr Singh appears regularly before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Uttar Pradesh, various District and Sessions court and Commissions and Tribunals in Civil, Criminal and other legal matters. His background as a student of Mass communication has helped him achieve new heights in his legal career. He also holds a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Lucknow. He has many publications to his credit in various journals. He has been regularly invited to many events as guest speaker and judged various National moot court competitions organized by various Universities and organizations. He has also presented research papers in various national and international conferences and seminars.
Mr. Singh is a Founder/Director of WE Youngsters Foundation and also an Anchor in Doordarshan.
Anilesh Tiwari
Mr. Anilesh Tiwari has completed his graduation from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has advised clients across the Indian subcontinent Thailand, Dubai, Kuwait, USA, UK and Australia. He represents clients on a wide range of issues with a strong focus on Commercial Litigation, Custom Laws, Arbitration, Anti-Corruption Laws and Matters involving issues of Constitutional Law issues and appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India and other courts, tribunals and forums.
Mr. Anilesh is one of Trustee at Adhrit Foundation. He is a Young Member at Singapore International Arbitration Centre and International Council for Commercial Arbitration
Honey Dhawan
Mrs. Honey Dhawan completed her Bachelor’s in Law from University of Lucknow and went on to pursue her Master’s in Law from National Law University, Patiala after qualifying CLAT. She is practicing in Hon’ble High Court, Lucknow and a legal consultant from last 8 Years. She worked as an Assistant Professor of Law in Amity University, Lucknow She also has an experience of working in a consultancy firm in a legal capacity as well. She has many publications to her credit in various journals of national and international repute. Also, she has been invited to many events as guest speaker and judged various moot court competitions organised by different organisations. She has presented a plethora of papers in various national and international conferences and seminars. Currently pursuing PhD in Law from University of Lucknow, she is also actively involved in career counselling sessions organized by various institutions.
Mayuri Bakshi
Ms. Mayuri Bakshi completed her BA.LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University and is currently pursuing her LL.M from Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur. After her Graduation she started practicing in Hon’ble High court of Uttar Pradesh and various District and Sessions court and Commissions and Tribunals in Civil, Criminal and other legal matters. She also has an experience of working as consultant in various legal firms.
Sakshi Gaur
Ms. Sakshi Gaur completed her graduation from Amity Law School, Delhi and is currently pursuing her Masters in Corporate & Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School. After her graduation she worked as a Judicial Clerk with Justice Vipin Sanghi at High Court of Delhi before starting her litigation journey. She has been practicing and handling cases independently at Hon’ble Supreme Court and various High Courts with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired over 4 years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.
Mohd. Hanzala
Mohd. Hanzala completed his graduation in BBA from BBD university and M.A from Avadh University, Due to his immense interest in the field of Law and Justice he went on to pursue his Llb from University of Lucknow and his Master’s in Law in (Constitutional Law) from Amity Law School, Lucknow. He has been practicing since 2017 and handling cases independently before the Hon’ble High court of Uttar Pradesh, various District and Sessions court and Commissions and Tribunals in Civil, Criminal and other legal matters. He is an expert in dealing with Family matters and also having 4 years of Field experience, He is highly professional and leads the practice of the Firm as a strong pillar.
